Condo or townhome?
Both are strata homes. They live very differently.

A quick rule of thumb
If you want the lowest price and the least upkeep, start with apartment condos downtown or on Mission Hill. If you want a garage, a patio and no one above you, start with townhome complexes in Harwood, East Hill or on Middleton Mountain. If you want the lake, look at Okanagan Landing, where both types are available, usually with higher fees for the amenities.
